Terms of Service
Last updated: July 8, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of curatedlove.party and the CuratedLove platform (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
CuratedLove provides tools for supper-club and event hosts to create events, manage guests and bookings, and grow their community. The Service is offered on an evolving, sometimes beta, basis and may change.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to act on its behalf.
Accounts and organizations
Accounts are created and secured using CuratedLove's own authentication systems (we do not use a third-party identity provider). You are responsible for your account credentials, for keeping them confidential, and for activity under your account and within organizations you administer, including the conduct of members you invite.
Your content and guest data
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service for you. For guest data you add, you act as the data controller and are responsible for having any required consent and lawful basis. See the Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe others' rights;
- upload malware, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the Service;
- scrape, reverse engineer, or access the Service other than through provided interfaces;
- send spam or misuse guest contact information; or
- submit sensitive data the Service is not intended to handle.
Demos and scheduling
Demo bookings are handled by cal.com, a third-party service subject to its own terms and privacy policy, embedded on our /demo page.
Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed per host seat, monthly or annually, at the price shown on our Pricing page at the time you subscribe. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.
Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, matching your selection) until you cancel. If we change your plan's price, we'll give you notice before it takes effect on your next renewal.
Payment processing. All payments — your subscription and any guest payments collected through your booking pages — are processed by Stripe, Inc. CuratedLove never receives or stores your full card number; Stripe handles that in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard (Settings → Billing). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access to your plan's paid features through the end of the billing period you already paid for, after which your organization moves to the Free plan and any usage above Free-plan limits may be restricted.
Refunds. Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for a partial month or year, except where applicable law requires a refund or we agree otherwise in writing. [Refund policy stated as a standard default — to be confirmed by CuratedLove's founder before relying on it.]
Guest-facing payments for individual dinners (ticket prices, deposits) are set by the host and are separate from your subscription; refunds for a dinner are between the host and their guest unless the host asks us to help via Stripe.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and brand, is owned by CuratedLove and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights in our intellectual property except the right to use the Service as permitted.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (including Stripe, cal.com, Cloudflare, Resend, and Anthropic). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be governed by their terms.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CuratedLove will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold CuratedLove harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [TODO: founder's jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at reach@curatedlove.me and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Subject to that, you and CuratedLove agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [TODO: founder's jurisdiction] for any dispute not resolved informally or through a process required by applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will revise the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. For material changes affecting paid plans, we will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers before the changes take effect.

About these Terms
These Terms use clear, standard language intended to protect CuratedLove and set fair expectations with you, but they are not a substitute for legal advice and do not make CuratedLove immune from claims. Nothing here waives rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be waived. CuratedLove recommends having these Terms reviewed by a licensed attorney in the governing-law jurisdiction above before relying on them for a specific dispute.
